Back to School Ice Cream Social- will take place on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 from 6-7:30 pm. – See attached schedule

 

First Day of School- Our first day of school will be Thursday, August 22, 2019. This will be a full day and uniforms are mandated. Be reminded that West Ottawa transportation will not be available until August 27, 2019. Corpus Christi busing on the other-hand will begin on August 21, 2019. Parents of West Ottawa bus riders must drop- off and pick up their students until West Ottawa busing is available. If you are unable to provide transportation please contact Corpus Christi so that we may assist with transportation. We can be reached at 616-796-2300 during our summer hours.

 

Bus Transportation- If you have not yet filled out the bus transportation application please go to our Corpus Christi website: https://www.corpuschristischool.us/programs/bussing/ and fill asap. All bus applications must be submitted by July 1st , 2019 in order to secure a bus space for your child for the 2019-2020 school year. If submitted at a later date, children may have to wait up to two weeks to be added to the bus route. Bus applications need to be submitted for both West Ottawa transportation and Corpus Christi School bus.

 

Used Uniform Sale- Available during our regular school hours 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

 

Educational Outfitters- You may still order new uniforms through Educational Outfitters at this link: https://www.educationaloutfitters.com/grand-rapids/. Or you may visit their store in Grand Rapids, off 28th Street.

 

Free and Reduced Lunch Applications- Parents will be able to fill out their 2019-2020 lunch application beginning July 1, 2019.  Be reminded that our first day of school is August 22nd. Your 2018-2019 lunch application will expire Sept. 22nd, 2019, as West Ottawa Food Service offers only a 30 day grace period from the start of the school year in order to allow parents time to submit a new lunch application. If parents DO NOT fill out their new lunch applications before the 30 day grace period ends, their child will be considered FULL PAY and large balances will start to accumulate rather rapidly. Please submit your 2019-2020 lunch application prior to the Sept. 22nd deadline. Go to:

Book Collection- Donate used books to raise funds for Corpus Christi! Drop books off at the school office during our summer hours. All genres and age groups needed! Book sale will take place in March 2020. More info will be sent home as we get closer to this event.  

 

Craft Sale- November 16, 2019 from 9am – 4pm!!
