4 Ways to Participate!

#1 – Donate an item, service, or dollars – Donation Commitment Form

For the 2022 Auction we would be grateful for donations such as:

• Live Auction items such as wine, purse, services, bicycle, jewelry, mystery cash, etc.
• Getaway stays at a cottage or time share, etc.
• Grab Bag items such as gift cards, jewelry, books. coffee mugs, pampering items, etc.
• Not sure what to donate?  Send a cash donation and we will use the donation to fulfill a package!

#2 – Be a Twist Table Matching Donor

We are seeking Twist Table Donors to match every dollar raised at a Twist Tables the night of the auction.  You may sponsor a table in full, or a portion of the table.  Review the Twist Tables for the 2022 Auction below and fill out this form to let us know you are interested.

#3 – Place an advertisement or sponsor a table

With well over 200 guests in attendance, placing an advertisement in our auction book is a great way to bring attention to your business!  View our options below and fill out your ad or table sponsorship request here.

#4 – Volunteer the night of the event

Volunteers are needed for the jobs listed below as well as several others!  Please email us at hccauctionwithatwist@gmail.com to inform us of your interest.

Set Up, Clean Up, Auction Package Runners, Bid Spotters,

Registration, Special Auction Games, Wine Pull Table, &Liquor Pull Table
