How do I become a school volunteer?

Padres voluntarios: si usted o algún miembro de su familia (incluidos amigos cercanos) planea ser voluntario en cualquier actividad escolar, excursión escolar o cualquier otro evento que implique contacto directo con nuestros estudiantes durante el año escolar 2019-2020, debe reunirse Los siguientes requisitos antes de cualquier participación escolar:

1. Complete una verificación de antecedentes para cada voluntario – los formularios se pueden obtener en nuestra oficina
2. Tome un entrenamiento de Virtus – vea el enlace abajo
3. Firmar los Estándares de Forma Ministerial- se puede obtener en nuestra oficina

Entrenamiento VIRTUS en Español- 

El jueves 19 de septiembre de 2019 a las 6 pm se ofrecerá un Entrenamiento VIRTUS en español en la escuela San Juan Diego en Grand Rapids, MI.

Parent Volunteers- If you or any member of your family (including close friends) are planning to volunteer in any school activity, school field trip or any other event that involves direct contact with our students during the 2019-2020 school year, you must meet the following requirements prior to any school involvement:

• Fill out a Background Check for each Volunteer- Forms can be obtained in our Front Office- during our summer hours.
• Take a Virtus training – click on this link for class days/ times:  https://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/reg_list.cfm?theme=0
• Sign the Standards of Ministerial Form- obtained in the Front Office

A Spanish VIRTUS training is available at San Juan Diego Academy on Thursday, September 19th at 6pm. Register at the above link if you would like to take this training Spanish.
