Craft Sale

Interested in being a vendor?

$40 per table (we provide 6ft table)

$30 per table (if providing own 6ft table)

Policy Statement: 

    • No alcohol is allowed at the event
    • Crafter is required to collect and keep all their money from their sales
    • Crafter is responsible for all their merchandise throughout the event
    • Crafter must stay for the entire duration of the event (9 am-4 pm)
    • Set up is required after 7 am and must be completed before 9 am, on day of event
    • We have a first come/first served policy
    • Table fee is required with application to secure a table.
    • Crafter will be notified of registration confirmation within two weeks of application
    • No refund for cancellation
    • We have a limited number of tables available for Hometrades/vendors eg. Tastefully Simple
    • Please, no garage sale items
    • CCCS will have a donated items and home baked goods tables
  • CCCS will provide complimentary tea, coffee and water for crafters

We are seeking donations to sell at a table which will directly benefit CCCS. Items we would like to include are –

Kids new toys and books

Electronics

Home baked goods

House wares

Holiday craft items

    • Please no garage sale items, used items or store bought food items.

    • Please deliver non perishable items to CCCS by November 1st, 2019
  • Please deliver home baked goods to CCCS by Friday 15th, 2019 before 3.30pm.
