The Registration Process

We are happy that you have chosen to be an important part of the Corpus Christi School Family. We witness each student grow every day, whether it’s strengthening their faith, making new friends or meeting the challenges associated with our rigorous curriculum, music & fine arts programs or other extracurricular activities. Your child has found a place for themselves at CCCS, where we are sure their experiences will be unprecedented. We are excited to see the great things to come and will dedicate ourselves to making sure they are reaching their full potential.

To register at Corpus Christi Catholic School follow the steps below.  If you have any questions or to schedule a tour, please contact our office at (616) 796-2300 or by email ccoffice@dogrschools.org.

  • We recommend all new families tour CCCS.
  • Students may schedule a day to shadow a CCCS student.
  • Please fill out and submit an Enrollment Inquiry form

You will be notified when CCCS has received your registration.

preschool Registration starts here: 

All Families are required to pay a $50 registration fee.  Registration fees cover snack, activities, and field trips.

Complete the forms above for each child you are registering for our Early Childhood Programs.  Please use the online form to register your child and then print and complete the other three forms.  If you are unable to print, please contact the school office at 616-994-9864 or ccoffice@dogrschools.org.

K-8 Registration starts here: 

All families are required to submit a tuition deposit of $150.00/child or $300/family. Tuition deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of tuition.
