Esta semana tuvimos una revisión sobre las reglas que debemos seguir en nuestro salón de clases. Nosotros hablamos sobre eventos como fuego, tornado y en caso de que un extraño entre a nuestra escuela y sobre que debemos hacer en caso de que una situación como ésta se presente. Su niño/niña trabajó muy duro durante la semana aprendiendo Español. Ellos practicaron los nombres de algunas cosas que hay en la escuela y en su salón de clases en Español.

Vocabulario: la mesa, la silla, la puerta, la mochila, el crayón, las tijeras, el armario, el patio del recreo.

También cantamos canciones de saludo, limpieza y estados de ánimo. La pregunta de la semana fue ¿Cómo te llamas? La respuesta fue: Me llamo_________

También hablamos  sobre nosotros y nuestras familias. Si usted tiene una foto de la familia y desea compartirla, por favor enviéla a la escuela la próxima semana. Les agredezco a las familias que ya enviaron la foto familiar.  Usaré la foto para motivar a su hijo/a a hablar sobre ellos y su familia.

También trabajamos con los colores y las formas.

La siguiente semana estaremos hablando sobre celebraciones. Si usted tiene una foto de la fiesta de cumpleaños de su hijo/a y desea compartirla con la clase, por favor enviéla por correo electrónico.

Durante las primeras semanas de escuela, su niño estará inusualmente cansado.  Por favor mándelo/a temprano a la cama, ésto le ayudará a tener más energía durante el día.

Si tiene algún cambio de última hora sobre la forma de recoger a su hijo/a, llame por favor a la oficina, ellos me pasarán la información.

Por favor envíeme un correo electrónico sobre las preguntas o preocupaciones que pueda tener sobre su hijo/a. Trataré de leer mis correos temprano por la mañana y después de la escuela.

¡Que tengan un fin de semana bendecido!

• Por favor recuerde a su hijo/a regresar la carpeta del lunes.
• Por favor vista a su hijo/a apropiadamente debido a que nuestro recreo es afuera.

Dear Parents,

This week we had a review about following rules in the classroom like how to be respectful, responsible and safe. We talked about events as fire, tornado and lockdown and what to do in case that some of these situations arise. Your child worked so hard during this week learning Spanish. They practiced the names of some items that they can see in the school and in their classroom.

Question of the week was: ¿Cómo te llamas?, the answer was: Yo me llamo___________

We also sang songs of greeting, cleaning and moods.

We were talking about us and our family. If you have a family picture to share with the class, please send it to school next week. I thank the families who have already sent me their family picture. I will use the picture to encourage my students to talk about their family.

We also worked with colors and shapes.

Next week will talk about celebrations. If you have a picture of your child’s birthday party and want to share this, please send it by email.

During the first few weeks of school, your child may be unusually tired. Please send your child to the bed early, that will help him/her to be more active during the day.

Please let the office know if you have any last minute change about picking up your child. They will inform me about your plan.

Please feel free to email me with any question or concern you may have about your child. I’ll read my emails early in the morning and after school.
