From the Main Office
Welcome Back! We are pleased to see old and new faces in our building. This is the weekly newsletter that will be delivered to your inbox every Monday. Although you will still receive a Friday Folder, the weekly newsletter will no longer be delivered in paper format. There will be important information and links provided in these newsletters, so make sure to read them!

Uniforms start tomorrow!  Please come to the office if you would like to look through the used uniforms.  New uniform pieces can be found at Educational Outfitters.

Open Gym & Open Chapel Schedule will begin this week.  These two options for your child in Kindergarten thru 8th grade are open from 7:30 am – 8:00 am.  Open gym is Tuesday – Thursday & Open Chapel is on Mondays and Fridays.  Your student can enter the school building at 7:30 am and sign in at the table in front of the Chapel.

Homework Club is available by teacher recommendation only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 – 4:30 pm.  Please contact your child’s teacher to discuss this option.

Aftercare hours are from 3:30-6:00 pm.  If you are interested in using Aftercare regularly or occasionally please print this form, fill it out, and return it to the office.  Aftercare Form

Physicals for the 2018-19 School Year
If your student is participating in a fall sport, his or her physical MUST be on file for the first day of practice. This includes tryouts. You may drop off the physicals to the Main Office . You can find the 2018- 2019 Sports Physical Forms by clicking here

Upcoming Dates
WO Bussing began on August 28, 2018- If you still have not signed up for bussing click here 

MAP Testing begins September 10th and runs through October 5th.  Please make sure that your child is getting a good nights rest and eating breakfast.  This will help them feel their best for testing!
