Esta semana tuvimos una revisión sobre las reglas que debemos seguir en nuestro salón de clases. Nosotros hablamos sobre eventos como fuego, tornado y en caso de que un extraño entre a nuestra escuela y sobre qué debemos hacer en caso de que una situación como ésta se presente. Durante la semana del 16-20 de septiembre aprendieron la letra “Aa”, buscando palabras que empiezan con esta letra como “ardilla’ árbol, abeja” Durante esta semana del 23-27 de septiembre. los estudiantes aprendieron el sonido de la letra “Ee” y practicaron repitiendo palabras que empiezan con esta letra como “elefante, estrella, escoba, escalones”. Desde el inicio del año escolar hasta la presente fecha, hemos hablado con los estudiantes sobre como portarse bien, mostrándoles imágenes de niños tomando buenas o malas decisions. Ésto lo haremos a lo largo del año de escuela.

Vocabulario: la manzana, el plátano, el brócoli, las palomitas de maíz, el helado.

También cantamos canciones de saludo, limpieza y estados de ánimo. La pregunta de la semana fue ¿Te gusta_______?, la respuesta fue, Me gusta ______.

También hablamos  sobre nosotros y nuestras familias.

También trabajamos con los colores y con la figuras, específicamente con el rectángulo.

La siguiente semana estaremos hablando sobre “el otoño” y reconociendo palabras con la letra “Ii”.

Si tiene algún cambio de última hora sobre la forma de recoger a su hijo/a, llame por favor a la oficina, ellos me pasarán la información.

Por favor envíeme un correo electrónico sobre las preguntas o preocupaciones que pueda tener sobre su hijo/a. Trataré de leer mis correos temprano por la mañana y después de la escuela.

• Por favor recuerde a su hijo/a regresar la carpeta del lunes.
• Por favor vista a su hijo/a apropiadamente debido a que nuestro recreo es afuera.
• Por favor, no olvide enviar a la escuela repelente para insectos con/para su hijo (lea sus correos electronicos de CCCS)

Dear Parents,

This week we had a review about following rules in the classroom like how to be respectful, responsible and safe. We talked about events as fire, tornado and lockdown and what to do in case that some of these situations arise. During the week of September 16-20 students learned the letter “Aa” finding words that start with this letter like “ardilla, árbol, abeja” During this week of September 23-27 the students learned the sound of the letter “Ee” and practiced repeating words that start with this letter like “elefante, estrella, escoba, escalones, Espejo”.

Since the beginning of the school year to the present we have talked  about how to behave, showing students images of children making good  and bad choices. We will continue talking about behavior through the school year.

Vocabulary: la manzana, el plátano, el brócoli, las palomitas de maíz, el helado.

Question of the week was: ¿Te gusta______?, the answer was: Me gusta___________.

We also sang songs of greeting, cleaning and moods.

We were talking about us and our family. We also talked about colors and shapes, specifically about “el rectángulo” (rectangle), children were finding things that have this shape.

Next week will be learning about Fall “el otoño” and the letter “Ii” .

Please let the office know if you have any last minute change about picking up your child. They will inform me about your plan.
