Our learning focus: 

Spanish class has been learning “English to Spanish Cognates”. In class students read short comprehensible stories with simple structures. This helped us practice identifying cognates in order to gain the general idea of the story. 

K-2

This unit our focus is : Otoño (Fall) What do see in fall?Colors, foods, weather, and the pumpkin cycle. 

3th-5th

This week our focus was: Hay- there is / there are. ¿Hay una mamá en tu familia? ¿Hay un papa en tu familia? ¿Cuantas personas hay en tu familia? 

6th-7th

This week our focus was: Hay- there is / there are. ¿Hay una mamá en tu familia? ¿Hay un papa en tu familia? ¿Cuantas personas hay en tu familia? 

Adjectives to describe people. 

8th

This week our focus was: introduction to Ecuador and the tropical forest.  

5th-8th week’s article: GONZÁLEZ RESCATÓ A VARIAS VÍCTIMAS DE DORIAN.
