Our Day
- Students may arrive to the classroom between 8:00 and 8:15 A.M
- If earlier than 8:00 then your child may attend open gym or chapel
- 8:20 Chapel for morning prayer and pledge on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- Wednesday is Mass at 8:45
- Bringing a healthy snack from home is encouraged
- 11:20-12:00 is recess and then lunch
- 3:20 We get ready to go home
- 3:25 bus dismissal / 3:30 car & aftercare dismissal

Additional Information
- Absent: If your child is absent please call the school office at 796-2300 to report the absence. It is helpful if you call me; 796-2323 or email me at tericoffin@dogrschools.org
- Birthday Treats: are encouraged
- Lunch: Your child may bring a lunch from home in a lunchbox or purchase lunch through West Ottawa Public Schools.
- Classroom Parties: We will have an All Saints, Christmas and Valentine’s Day parties. We will need volunteers and party planners.
- Field Trips: We will have field trips during the school year. A permission slip will come home with your child, it will need to be filled out, signed and returned so your child can participate with the class.
- Folders: Your child will have a three folder system. Their School Folder stays in their desk and holds papers that are works-in-progress. Their Home Folder will go home with them daily with any work that has been completed and returned. Their Friday Folder will contain papers coming from the office.
